BAE Systems is seeking a high-caliber HR Operations Analytics Manager to serve as a catalyst for organizational success within the Electronic Systems Sector. In this senior-level role, you will move beyond simple reporting to architect a sophisticated data ecosystem that drives fact-based decision-making across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will be deployed across the business to lead high-impact, complex assignments. You will partner with Project Teams, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition to evolve our HR function from descriptive reporting to predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities
As a senior technical leader within the HR team, you will be integral to:
- Advanced Analytics & Data Mining: Lead the interpretation of complex datasets using sophisticated techniques, ranging from high-level data aggregation to deep-dive data mining and predictive modeling to influence future Human Capital business decisions.
- Power Platform Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will leverage Power BI to create interactive, real-time executive dashboards, Power Automate to eliminate manual workflows through intelligent automation, and Power Apps to build custom business applications that streamline HR data collection and management.
- Strategic Metric Automation: Architect and automate critical KPIs and metrics that track organizational growth and the efficacy of Human Capital Programs, ensuring that DEI strategies are backed by rigorous, quantitative evidence.
- Quantitative & Qualitative Synthesis: Perform complex analysis by synthesizing data from disparate sources, providing the executive leadership team with actionable insights that steer the company toward positive growth.
- Data Governance & Integrity: Oversee the maintenance and integrity of data within our HCM systems, developing scalable technical solutions to resolve systemic employee data issues.
- Shared Services Optimization: Support our Shared Services Model by monitoring systemic issues and leveraging automation to facilitate rapid problem resolution.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience in HR Operations or HRIS. Will also consider equivalent education and experience: associates degree and 10+ years of experience or high school diploma and 12+ years of experience.
- Expert-level Power BI: Proven track record of building complex data models and sophisticated visualizations.
- Power Automate & Power Apps: Experience designing automated workflows and low-code applications to replace manual HR processes.
- Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in quantitative analysis and the ability to translate complex data into executive-level narratives.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to operate at a Sr. Principal level, guiding stakeholders through data-driven transformations.
- Expertise in communicating technical insights and analytical findings to executive leadership, translating complex metrics into actionable business intelligence for the C-suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118747 - $201870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
