Save Report this job The Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance will partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights that support informed business decision-making. This role supports end-to-end P&L management by driving forecasting, planning, and performance management processes, while helping identify risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable insights to commercial and finance leadership.A Day in the Life...Lead month-end close, consolidating and analyzing monthly variances across the business. Assume ownership for management reporting package and tracking of various key performance metrics. Support forecasting and budgeting routines (monthly forecasts, annual plans, and multi-year strategic outlook) by partnering with cross functional teams to incorporate key assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Continuously improve forecast accuracy by identifying trends, gaps, and process enhancementsOwn the preparation and delivery of management reporting by providing specific, actionable, and forward-looking commentary on the changes and guidance on potential risk and opportunities.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business drivers across the full P&L (volume/sales, trade, COGS, marketing, SG&A) and price/volume/mix analysisSupport sales finance activities as needed, including promotion effectiveness, pricing, and trade investment analysis in partnership with Trade Planning and RGM teamsBuild financial models and scenario analyses to support key decision making, leveraging advanced data processing and automation functionalities (e.g. Power Query, Power Pivot)Develop partnership with the business teams for new product innovation, work cross-functionally to build P&Ls and assess financial viability of...
