Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java for UI and API testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and design comprehensive test plans.
- Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects using appropriate tools.
- Enhance existing automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in software application testing, with relevant years of experience in test automation
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Basic understanding of SQL for queries and validation
- Exposure to UI and API test automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Experience building end-to-end automation frameworks
· Ability to analyze performance test results and identify areas for improvement
· Familiarity with FIX protocol and capital markets/equities
· Experience working with Maven and CI/CD implementation
· Skills in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter
