Skip to main contentBy continuing to use and navigate this website, you are agreeing to the use of cookies.DeclineAccept CookiesEnglishSign InVisualization Senior Analyst page is loadedVisualization Senior AnalystApplyremote typeHybridlocationsIN Hyderabadtime typeFull timeposted onPosted 30+ Days Agojob requisition idJR-40108419Visualization Senior AnalystPrimary Purpose of the Position:The IT Visualization Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering intuitive, scalable, and business-driven data visualizations for manufacturing operations.This role bridges the gap between industrial data (OT systems, IoT, UNS) and business decision-making, transforming complex data streams into actionable dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and visual insights.The specialist works closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and leadership) to define requirements, design user-centric visual experiences, and ensure consistent and effective communication of manufacturing performance.Create material training - documentation, how-tos, lessons learned, whitepapers, user guide on how to use the artifacts that will be delivered.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Visualization Design & Development:Design and build dashboards, reports, and widgets using tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or similar platformsDevelop real-time and historical visualizations for:Production KPIs (OEE, throughput, downtime)Quality metrics (scrap, defects, yield)Maintenance insights (MTBF, MTTR, predictive alerts)Energy and sustainability metricsAlerts & Monitoring: actionable, contexttual, and aligned with operational workflowCreate reusable visualization templates and standards across plantsRequirements Gathering & UX Design:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into: * User stories, Wireframes, and Dashboard layoutsConduct workshops with plant personnel (operators, supervisors, engineers)Ensure dashboards are role-based (operator vs supervisor vs executive views)Data Interpretation & Contextualization:Work with IT/OT teams to understand: * Data models (UNS, MQTT topics, time-series data) * Data quality and availabilityTranslate raw industrial data into meaningful KPIs and business insightsDefine or, if already defined, apply calculation logic for KPIs (e.g., OEE components, downtime classification)Standardization & Governance:Apply visualization standards: * Naming conventions * Color schemes (e.g., ISA-101 or company standards) * KPI definitionsPromote consistency across dashboards and sitesMaintain documentation for dashboards and metricsContinuous Improvement:Analyze dashboard usage and user feedbackOptimize performance and usability of visualizationsIntroduce new visualization techniques (drill-down, root cause views, etc.)Experience, Knowledge and Skill:3+ years of experience in:Data visualization, Business Intelligence, and Data analysisWork experience of projects involving dashboards or data analysisPreferred exposure (not required): Manufacturing or industrial environments, Visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI, Tableau), and Basic SQL or data queryingSome knowledge about React (MUI X or similar), Node.js knowledgeTechnical Skills (Foundational)Familiarity with: Charts and dashboard design, Excel or similar tools for data analysisAnalytical Skills·Understand Unified Name Space (UNS) principles and conceptsExperience in Digital Product Management.Ability to understand simple KPIs and metricsBasic problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAttention to detail when working with dataGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
