Project Manager - Food & Beverage Industry
Project Manager will drive business growth by building strong client relationships, managing strategic accounts, and delivering high-quality food safety and certification solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultation, education, and support on food safety programs while ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and business development metrics.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Coordinate re-quoting activities, contract renewals, and service expansions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and deliver value-driven solutions.
Prepare and deliver business summaries, performance reports, and project updates to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on food safety and certification services.
