In this role, you will be responsible for loading, organizing, and digital scanning of customer inventory in a fast paced warehouse environment.Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required.Full Time: averages 5 days per week, including weekendsWhat You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Load and unload trucks while wrapping and palletizing customer items to ensure safe transport and storage.Collaborate with the operations team to scan and organize items using our proprietary mobile app to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies while completing warehouse projects and maintaining a pristine workspace.What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:Basic Requirements: At least 18 years of agePhysical Capability: Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.Relevant Experience: Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.What We Offer (Benefits)Compensation: $19.50/hourFinancial Wellness: 401(k) with Company Match and an Employee Stock Purchase Program.Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth, including Tuition Reimbursement.Company-paid essentials like safety footwear and gloves as required.Call to Action: Love a fast-paced environment?
