Let’s talk.Local Team Collaboration:Long Beach Memorial Medical Center is a 420-bed non-profit teaching hospital that has been recognized as a major regional provider of medical and surgical services by US News and World Report.Intensivist will rotate through both Med/Surg ICU and CVICU (depending on need).15-bed CVICU (non-teaching service).32-bed Med/Surg ICU, which is the teaching service with Internal Medicine residents.EMR: Cerner with dragon for dictation.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO).A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.Ability to perform all technical skills in the critical care setting.Ability to work collaboratively within the ICU with all team members and across the hospitalActive California medical license preferred.Authorized to work in the United States.Not considering 2027 Fellows at this time.Scheduling:Intensivist provides care in med/surg ICU and CVICU between 7pm-7am.
