Your Impact
Strategic Partnering: Act as a core member of the client leadership team. Translate complex commercial and technical operational strategies into a unified multi-year talent roadmap. Address organizational design (structural and segmentation models) alongside specialized skills mapping and global service-delivery models.
Data Storytelling & Cross-Functional Analytics: Synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., turnover, ramp-up time, technical capacity, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement) to uncover actionable insights. Create compelling, decision-ready narratives that quantify the ROI of enablement and talent programs, directly influencing major revenue and operational business decisions.
End-to-End Organizational Transformation: Lead the execution of complex organizational transformations and change management initiatives. Design sophisticated transition plans for shifting operational models, organizational realignments, evolving service delivery methodologies, or integrating technical and commercial teams post-M&A—ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption to the business pipeline and customer experience.
Executive Coaching for Leadership: Provide proactive coaching to executives and directors across technical and operational domains. Help highly analytical and results-driven leaders navigate high-pressure environments, scale their leadership capabilities, and leverage performance management as a strategic tool.
Program Leadership: Lead the implementation of annual people cycles (performance management, compensation calibration, and talent reviews) for your client groups. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance scalability and drive objective, behavior- and competency-based talent assessments.
Cultural Stewardship: Serve as a steward of company culture by modeling high ethical standards. Coach commercial and technical leaders through ambiguous situations to ensure aggressive operational targets and customer-first goals are balanced with core values and inclusive practices.
Location: Ability to work out of our Santa Clara office in our hybrid model.

Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience (or a combination of HRBP and COE experience), with a proven track record supporting high-growth, fast-paced global organizations
Strategic Depth: Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose root-cause organizational issues within a matrixed environment, designing preventative, systemic talent solutions rather than reactive fixes.
Change Management: Advanced proficiency in change management principles, with specific experience leading the "people side" of large-scale operational shifts, such as scaling global support networks, restructuring compensation plans, or transitioning toward subscription-based customer success models with minimal friction.
Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to leverage analytics and technology (including visualization dashboards and capacity planning models) to accelerate data interpretation and project planning.
Influence: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to alternate seamlessly between technical and commercial language to establish immediate credibility with senior stakeholders.
