From entry-level fleet readiness to senior technical authority, these roles ensure vehicles consistently meet rider-only launch-ready standards. Technicians bridge hands-on repair execution with technical diagnostics, documentation, and safety compliance.Scope of ResponsibilitiesUniversal Responsibilities (All Levels)Perform multi-point safety and cosmetic inspections to ensure operational readiness.Document all maintenance activities using standardized "Condition, Cause, Correction, and Confirmation" (4 Cs) practices.Execute repair orders within maintenance management systems to maximize fleet uptime.Adhere strictly to high-voltage safety, lockout/tagout protocols, and hazardous material handling.Perform vehicle startups, basic software loading, and data-logging hardware installations.Level-Specific ResponsibilitiesAutonomous Vehicle Tech 1:Execute light mechanical repairs, tire services, and standardized inspections.Autonomous Vehicle Tech 2:Perform complex hardware R&R (Lidar, Radar, Compute units), network triage, and independent SOP execution.Autonomous Vehicle Tech 3:Act as a senior authority for challenging diagnostic faults, oversee OEM warranty repairs, and mentor...
