You’ll play a key part in shaping how we scale commercially, position ourselves in the market, and operate as a marketing function in an AI-native era. This role suits someone who is strategic and tactical in equal measure. You'll bring structure, focus, and commercial rigor to a fast-moving environment, while empowering a marketing team that delivers outsized impact through the smart use of AI and modern tooling 🤖What will you do as our Marketing Director?Drive commercial strategy & predictable pipeline: Lead our global B2B marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention across all regions. You will lead demand generation across digital performance channels (SEO, PPC, email, social) to build a predictable pipeline that directly powers accepted opportunities and revenue growth.Shape brand, product alignment & GTM execution: Partner closely with Sales and Product on market needs, GTM launches, and product development. You’ll oversee regional execution across events, digital, PR, and partner marketing, keeping a close eye on competitor activity to ensure our positioning hits the mark at every touchpoint.Empower the team & operationalize AI: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 11 marketing professionals—creating clarity, focus, and career growth while strengthening collaboration across the wider business. You’ll set the high-output standard for AI, embedding modern tools into the team’s daily operating model as a core capability.Job requirementsWhat makes you our ideal Marketing Director?You are a strategic, commercially minded leader who pairs sharp analytical rigor with the vision to inspire and align teams. Thriving in high-growth environments, you excel at bridging cross-functional gaps to turn strategy into measurable revenue growth.
