**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Systems and Platform Integrity Lead to drive compliance strategy and assessment across Meta's platforms and technical systems. In this role, you will define and lead the development of integrity frameworks that govern how Meta's products and platforms meet regulatory, policy, and operational compliance requirements. You will work at the intersection of compliance strategy, platform governance, and cross-functional risk assessment, partnering with engineering, legal, policy, and operations teams to ensure that Meta's systems are built and maintained with integrity at scale.
**Required Skills:**
Systems and Platform Integrity Lead Responsibilities:
1. Define and lead the strategic direction for platform integrity and compliance assessment frameworks across Meta's product and technical systems
2. Identify systemic compliance risks across platform infrastructure and develop scalable governance mechanisms to address them
3. Conduct structured assessments of platform systems to evaluate adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
4. Translate complex regulatory and policy requirements into actionable compliance specifications for engineering and product teams
5. Develop and maintain compliance monitoring methodologies that provide ongoing visibility into platform integrity posture
6. Lead cross-functional working groups with legal, policy, engineering, and operations stakeholders to align on compliance strategy and remediation priorities
7. Produce authoritative written analyses, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners
8. Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track platform compliance health and communicate trends to senior leadership
9. Drive the design and implementation of scalable compliance controls that can be embedded into platform development and deployment processes
10. Represent the compliance strategy function in high-stakes cross-organizational initiatives, providing subject matter expertise on platform integrity
**Minimum Qualifications:**

11. 8+ years of experience in compliance strategy, regulatory compliance, platform governance, or technology risk assessment
12. Experience designing and implementing compliance frameworks or integrity programs for large-scale technical platforms or digital products
13. Experience conducting structured risk assessments of complex systems and translating findings into actionable remediation strategies
14. Experience communicating compliance strategy and risk findings in writing to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
15. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across legal, engineering, policy, and operations functions

19. Experience developing compliance monitoring systems or automated controls embedded within software development or deployment pipelines
20. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
21. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
22. Experience with regulatory compliance requirements applicable to large-scale consumer technology platforms, such as data protection, content governance, or platform accountability frameworks
23. Experience working within a trust and safety, platform policy, or product integrity function at a technology company
24. Familiarity with risk management methodologies such as control self-assessments, gap analyses, or compliance maturity models
25. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
**Public Compensation:**
$147,000/year to $210,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
