Summary:
As a Network and Services Operations Representative, a typical day involves configuring, integrating, and overseeing the entire life cycle of telecommunication network elements. This role includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The position requires maintaining accurate back office system data records and providing essential support for customer activations and configuration modifications. The role demands continuous coordination to ensure smooth network operations and timely adjustments to meet evolving service requirements, contributing to overall network reliability and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize network element configurations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on network service objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication network elements and their configuration management.
- Experience in managing network life cycle processes including Fulfillment and Assurance.
- Ability to maintain and update back office system data records accurately.
- Skilled in supporting customer activations and handling configuration adjustments effectively.
- Familiarity with network operations tools and monitoring systems to ensure service continuity.
- Manage and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, routers, wireless access points, and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC). Create, modify, and maintain VLAN configurations. Perform routing configuration and modifications. Implement and manage Policy-Based Routing (PBR). Configure, implement, and administer network devices, including switches, routers, access points, and WLCs. Implement network infrastructure for new office/internal locations, including passive and active networking. Provide network support for India and overseas locations. Manage backup and restoration of network device configurations. Administer Azure networking services, including Virtual Networks (VNets), VNet Peering, Site-to-Site VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Azure Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door, Azure Firewall, and security policy/rule configuration. Manage and maintain F5 Load Balancer devices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
