You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures, building intelligent, production-ready applications that integrate LLMs, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure.This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.What You Will DoArchitect cloud-native AI applications, integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data.Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack, AI, Data).Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices.QualificationsYour Background7+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systemsStrong full-stack experience (React + FastAPI)Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuitionExpert-level PythonHands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architecturesFamiliarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases Nice to HaveExperience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog)Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen)Experience with Node.js full-stackExperience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teamsAdditional InformationOver a Decade of Mastery:For twelve years, Hiflyers have been reshaping industries through Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
