In this role, you will be responsible for transforming stakeholder and system requirements into clear, structured, and traceable software requirements while ensuring alignment with project objectives, industry standards, and customer expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across software, hardware, systems, and quality engineering to drive successful product development throughout the lifecycle.Our TeamYou will be part of a global cross-functional engineering team responsible for developing advanced automotive and embedded software solutions. The team collaborates closely with systems, software, hardware, validation, and project management teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements and industry standards while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.What You Will DoPartner with stakeholders to analyze, refine, and translate system requirements into robust software requirements and product features.Drive software requirements management activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring consistency, traceability, and change control.Collaborate with software architects, developers, and validation engineers to ensure requirements support successful product implementation and verification.Facilitate requirements reviews and promote alignment across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.Support compliance with automotive and software development standards by ensuring requirements quality, completeness, and consistency.Identify and communicate risks associated with software requirements while supporting mitigation strategies to reduce project impact.Contribute to software development planning efforts through effective requirements prioritization and stakeholder engagement.Serve as a key interface between systems, software, hardware, and project teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and executed.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to requirements engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.Provide technical guidance on requirements management best practices and promote knowledge sharing across teams.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in software requirements engineering, preferably within automotive or embedded software development.Experience developing, managing, and maintaining software requirements documentation and traceability.Knowledge of software engineering principles, software development lifecycle processes, and requirements management methodologies.Experience with requirements management and software development tools such as Polarion, Git, AUTOSAR, or equivalent platforms.Understanding of ASPICE processes and software quality practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.What Will Put You AheadExperience with Automotive SPICE (SWE1-SWE6) and ISO 26262 functional safety standards.Knowledge of automotive wireless charging technologies, Qi standards, NFC, proximity detection, diagnostics, boot management, and memory...
