The Role The Solution Architect / Product Specialist – Security supports SEs, Customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) by providing technical expertise for Concentric AI’s data security governance platform. This role focuses on customer onboarding, solution architecture, value realization, and technical troubleshooting. They act as a bridge between customers and Product/Engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, customer outcomes and deeper product feedback.
