Reporting to the Contract Manufacturing leadership team, you will lead contract manufacturing operations across co-manufacturing locations while driving business performance, cross-functional initiatives, and cost savings programs. You will operate in a complex matrix environment to improve processes, support brand initiatives, and deliver top and bottom line results across external manufacturing partners.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesLead operations for assigned co-manufacturing locations, delivering results across food safety, quality, customer service, and cost performanceServe as the operations lead for brand initiatives across impacted co-manufacturing locationsSupport data gathering, spend analysis, and loss analysis to identify opportunities tied to cost savings initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to prepare, facilitate, and execute cost savings ideation sessionsLead and contribute to business process improvement projects across contract manufacturing operationsSupport use of business systems including SAP transactions and maintenance of the contract management databaseIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s degree preferred in operations, engineering, or a science-related fieldExperience in factory operations within a food manufacturing environment, including roles such as production supervisor or team leaderThree to five years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations in a food environment preferredExperience in warehousing, quality assurance, continuous improvement, maintenance, or engineering is preferredProven record of developing and implementing change in complex environmentsStrong understanding of food safety requirements in a manufacturing settingStrong analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsHigh energy and adaptability to work across a matrixed...
