ヘリコプター塗装作業者／Painter

Job Description:

神戸空港事業所において、ヘリコプターおよびその装備品の整備、修理、新規組立、改造などの各プロセスにおける塗装業務全般を担当します。社内規程、航空法、作業安全基準、および航空機メンテナンスマニュアルを遵守し、品質の高い塗装を実現するとともに、継続的な品質向上と安全な作業環境の維持に貢献していただきます。また、将来のリーダー候補として、チームの技術向上やプロセス改善にも関わっていただきます。
 

Responsible for all aspects of painting work throughout the processes of maintenance, repair, assembly, and modification for helicopters and their components at the Kobe Airport Facility. The successful candidate will ensure the highest quality of painting finish in strict compliance with company regulations, safety rules, aviation standards, and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM). This role also involves driving continuous quality improvements and fostering a safe working environment.

具体的な業務内容

１）ヘリコプターの全面塗装作業
（下地処理、マスキング、調色、スプレー塗装、マーキング、トップコート仕上げ等の一連のプロセス）

２）ヘリコプターの整備・改造に伴う塗装作業

３）塗装作業者の技術指導および人材育成（後進への技術伝承、安全教育、チーム全体のスキル底上げ）

４）塗装用資材・機材の管理およびメンテナンス（塗料や溶剤などの危険物管理、塗装ブースやスプレーガン等の設備・工具の保守管理）

５）塗装作業の工程・品質管理（塗装プロセスのスケジュール管理、品質チェック、他部門との納期・仕様に関する調整）

６）他チームの支援作業(整備部内の各チームの繁忙期などにおける支援)

１）Full-body Helicopter Painting（Executing the entire painting process, including surface preparation, masking, color mixing, spray painting, livery/marking application, and topcoat finishing.）

２）Helicopter Repair and Touch-up Painting（Performing partial repair painting, touch-ups, and surfac edefect rectification during scheduled maintenance and overhauls.）

３）Mentoring and Human Resource Development（Providing technical training and safety education for junior painting technicians to elevate overall team
capabilities.）

４）Material and Equipment Management（Managing inventory and safety controls for paints, solvents, and chemical substances; maintaining and
calibrating paint booths, spray guns, and related tools.）

５）Painting Process and Quality Management（Managing workflows, schedules, and quality control for painting projects; coordinating with maintenance and other departments to ensure timely delivery.）

６）Support of other team's activities

<Essential requirements 必須要件>

・噴霧塗装5年以上経験者　
5 years or more experience in Spray painting
 

・2級噴霧塗装士保有者
Second grade spray paint certification
※ It is a national qualification in Japan certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. "Grade 2 Spray Painter" proves that the holder has intermediate-level technical skills in operating spray equipment and applying paint evenly to various surfaces.
 

・高校卒業以上
High school graduate or more

・1級噴霧塗装士
First grade spray paint certification

・英語でのコミュニケーション能力

• 月給には、固定残業手当（月12.5時間分 または 月16.5時間分　※就業時の等級による）を含みます。
• ※固定残業時間を超える時間外労働が発生した場合は、超過分を別途全額支給いたします。
• 諸手当： 通勤手当（実費支給）、時間外勤務手当（固定残業時間超過分）、出張手当 等
