💻 Work Style: Onsite📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL 🕒 FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday

 

Analyzes application requirements and designing solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal performance, and documenting processes for user reference. Supports end-users through training and inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. Coordinates with vendors for software updates and assisting in the development and execution of deployment plans.

  • Analyze application requirements and design solutions to improve system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and test software applications.
  • Troubleshoot application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user reference materials.
  • Provide end-user training, support, and timely resolution of application inquiries.
  • Monitor application performance and recommend process and efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors on software updates, upgrades, and deployment activities.
  • Assist with application deployments, system enhancements, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.

 

  • Three (3) or more years of experience analyzing, implementing, configuring, and supporting IT applications.
  • Experience with software implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and application performance monitoring.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors on software updates, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Strong end-user support, training, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of application security, system integrity, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
