Integrated Marketing France orchestrates major marketing moments, brand initiatives and local activations, working closely with central functional teams.
The Senior Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager translates central marketing direction, France business priorities, and consumer and performance insights into an integrated 360° marketing plan tailored to the French market. They bring local and central expertise together, make prioritisation recommendations, coordinate delivery and measure the plan’s effectiveness against Deliveroo France’s marketing and business objectives.
This is a hybrid role, based in Paris.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Marketing Planning & Business Performance — France
Analyse business priorities, performance data, consumer insights and previous campaign results to identify opportunities and risks for the French market.
Lead France quarterly planning, from kick-off through approval of priorities, objectives and the calendar.
Translate central direction and French market needs into one coherent integrated 360° marketing plan.
Develop prioritisation recommendations and trade-off scenarios based on expected impact, capacity, investment and dependencies.
Partner with the relevant teams to define campaign objectives and KPIs, then feed campaign learnings into future plans.
Act as PMO for key marketing moments, including Back-to-School and Black Friday, and build the overarching narrative.
2. Orchestrating 360° Campaigns
Bring local and central teams together around a shared delivery plan and build integrated timelines.
Lead the localisation of global campaigns and align media plans with the mix defined by Brand Marketing, ensuring they are tailored to the French market.
Coordinate local campaigns and partner activations with the Promo & Partnerships teams.
Clarify ownership, dependencies, decision dates and success criteria; resolve friction and escalate issues requiring a trade-off decision.
3. Tracking, Performance & Governance
Track deliverables, analyse gaps against objectives and the France brief, and run coordination check-ins.
Maintain campaign documentation and prepare the memos required for decisions and trade-offs.
Ensure legal requirements and local market considerations are reflected.
Consolidate visibility over marketing investment, identify gaps or constraints that could affect the plan, and facilitate trade-off decisions with budget owners.
Run campaign reviews with Measurement teams, analyse results and turn learnings into recommendations for future plans.
4. Agencies & Partnerships
Consolidate and prioritise French market feedback for the Creative team, coordinate deadlines and ensure deliverables meet the France brief. The Creative team retains ownership of creative development and approval.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for agencies on execution, deliverables and planning.
Coordinate major brand partnerships, such as Top Chef, with the Promo & Partnerships teams, media owners and relevant partners.
Ways of Working
Works across multiple functional teams without direct authority over most contributors, leading through influence.
Distinguishes what can be resolved independently from what requires escalation, and arbitrates competing local and central priorities.
Maintains visibility through one shared, up-to-date campaign calendar that serves as the reference point for all stakeholders.
Success in this role depends equally on the quality of relationships and the quality of organisation.
Key Skills
Strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity and business orientation, with the ability to understand complex topics quickly and connect marketing choices to market priorities and objectives.
Data fluency and strong analytical skills to interpret performance, challenge assumptions and make recommendations.
Integrated marketing planning and complex programme management, from setting priorities through 360° campaign execution.
Stakeholder management and influence in a matrix environment, with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
