We're hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a true commercial partner to the business - translating people data into decisions, enabling international growth, and building a high-performance culture that scales across geographies.Reporting to the SVP People, this role is for someone who sees HR as a lever for business performance, not an administrative function. You'll set the bar for what "good" looks like at every level, hold managers and leaders accountable to it, and create the conditions where ambitious people do their best work.
