Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable cloud-based data, analytics, automation, and tooling solutions using modern data platforms and cloud services. Integrate AI capabilities, such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and machine learning models, to enhance system intelligence and improve user experiences and productivity. Apply software engineering best practices to design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Contribute throughout the solution lifecycle, from design and implementation to operations and continuous improvement. Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities to enable proactive issue detection. Use telemetry and usage insights to better understand customer needs and help inform product decisions. Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions. Foster an inclusive team culture grounded in diversity, customer focus, continuous learning, and mutual respect. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI technologies, or data analytics solutions. Understanding of source control systems, such as Git, and modern software engineering and DevOps practices. Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or similar workflow automation technologies. Experience developing or consuming APIs to integrate data and services across platforms. Demonstrated curiosity, a growth mindset, and a collaborative approach to solving customer and business challenges. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives in an inclusive team environment.
