We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting support and candidate coordination to interview scheduling, recruitment administration, and candidate communication. The role is designed to support a smooth and effective recruitment process while helping deliver a positive candidate experience.

* Duration: Minimum 3 months
* Employment type: Internship (full-time)
Key responsibilities
* Support recruiters and hiring managers in day-to-day recruitment coordination
* Assist in posting job advertisements and updating candidate or requisition information in relevant systems
* Help with candidate sourcing activities through internal databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Screen resumes against role requirements and prepare candidate shortlists for recruiter review
* Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with candidates
* Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and hiring documentation
* Support candidate experience by ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the process
* Assist with employer branding, campus hiring, and internship hiring activities when required
* Support reporting and data compilation related to recruitment progress and hiring metrics
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
* Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Good organizational and coordination skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Preferred qualifications
* Previous internship, campus activity, or project experience in HR, administration, or coordination
* Familiarity with recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage
* Experience supporting events, university engagement, or social media communication is a plus
