In this role, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team, contribute to clinical excellence, and enjoy opportunities for professional growth – all while serving the Southeast Tucson community.Local Team Collaboration:Join TMC Rincon Hospital’s close-knit team of 8+ Emergency Medicine physicians and 4+ Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The Emergency Department provides 24/7 coverage with 26 hours of physician coverage and 16 hours of APP coverage (10-hour and 6-hour shifts).Subspecialty support includes: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, General Surgery.Qualifications:Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ENP) with acute care, direct Emergency Medicine experience.Due to the high acuity of patients and autonomy of the role, significant ED experience is required. Authorization to work in the United States.Scheduling:Flexible scheduling of 10-hour and 6-hour shifts.
