You're not just filling shifts. You're creating peace of mind.

At Freedom Village at Brandywine, our Innovative Home Services (IHS) team helps residents maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the place they call home. Behind every successful care visit is a Scheduler who knows how to balance people, priorities, and compassionate service.

If you're the type of person who thrives on solving puzzles, building relationships, thinking on your feet, and making a real difference every day, this could be the perfect role for you.

Why This Role Matters

As our Scheduler, you'll be the connection point between residents who need support and caregivers who provide it. You'll coordinate schedules, troubleshoot challenges, support our care team, and help ensure every resident receives outstanding service.

No two days are the same. One moment you're arranging care for a resident who needs extra support, the next you're helping a caregiver adjust their schedule, assisting with billing, or collaborating on ways to grow the program.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organization but also enjoys working with people.

What You'll Do

·       Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure residents receive timely, quality care.

·       Match residents' needs with the right caregivers.

·       Serve as a key resource for caregivers, residents, and families.

·       Help ensure services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and excellence.

·       Provide guidance and support to team members to help them succeed.

·       Step in to support direct service needs when necessary, including transportation services.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Loves organizing schedules and solving complex puzzles

Stays calm and positive when priorities shift

Enjoys building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members

Has strong communication and customer service skills

Can balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Is highly dependable and takes ownership of results

Wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults

Qualifications

·       High school diploma or GED required.

·       Previous scheduling experience strongly preferred.

·       Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, private duty, or a related field is a plus.

·       CPR certification preferred (or ability to obtain after hire).

·       Valid driver's license and auto insurance if providing transportation.

·       Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

·       Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

·       Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
