Marketing Internship – Oncology
# What you will learn and contribute to
## Implementation of the Annual Brand Plan
* Collaborating on the development of promotional materials: reviewing layouts and copy, tracking and managing the internal approval process for promotional materials.
* Participating in and supporting activities and projects: liaising with agencies, organizing meetings, tracking and managing logistics.
* Monitoring the rollout of the e-strategy / multichannel approach.
* Managing payments and contracts, processing requisitions, and budget control.
## Support to the internal structure
* Collaborating with the Sales Force: handling material requests, cycle promotional material dispatch, supporting local plan development, communications, and iPad use.
* Participating in cycle meetings: attendees, invitations, agenda, logistics, support for innovative sessions.
* Supporting the organization and running of product team meetings.
# Your development path
## 0–3 months
* Get to know the company, the organization, the therapeutic area, and the products.
* Learn bureaucratic and administrative processes (materials, events, projects, congresses, and meetings).
* Learn internal operating procedures and directives applicable to the department.
* Review and understand the annual product/therapeutic area plan.
* Complete online product training.
## 3–6 months
* Be able to prepare materials independently.
* Attend internal meetings as well as meetings with vendors/suppliers.
* Build a strong understanding of stakeholders and cross-departmental interactions.
* Gain an overall view of the company and BU/department activities: understand the “why” behind things.
## 6–12 months
* Participate in and contribute to the development of the annual product plan.
* Go on field visits with sales staff: at least 1–3 visits.
* Take an active role in cycle meetings, presenting some materials if possible.
* Be able to lead a small project.
# What will you have learned after this internship?
Upon completion of the internship, you will have gained significant experience and knowledge of the various activities carried out in the area, as well as an overall view of the company and the industry, thanks to the opportunity to interact daily with other departments and functions within the organization.
# What profile are we looking for?
* University degree, preferably in Health Sciences: Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.
* Currently enrolled in a Master's program specializing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Fluent English and computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
