Summary
We’re seeking an experienced, high-energy Revenue Enablement Professional with an engaging personality to elevate the effectiveness of our entire Go-To-Market (GTM) ecosystem. While Direct Sales will be your primary audience, your presence, voice, and coaching will influence readiness and alignment across multiple customer-facing functions.
This high-impact role centers on dynamic group facilitation, high-intensity virtual workshops, structured 1:1 deal coaching, and targeted content design. You will also serve as a presenter for internal communications and occasional enablement podcasts. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, hard-working culture that remains steady under pressure—approaching challenges with creativity, authenticity, and room for humor along the way.
If you are a magnetic presenter who loves building seller confidence, driving interactive live sessions, and coaching reps to win, this role is built for you.
Core Competencies
Dynamic Facilitation: Delivers high-impact, interactive learning experiences that keep energy high and drive real behavioral change in both virtual and live environments.
Strong Sales Coach: Builds immediate trust, breaks down complex sales interactions, and provides actionable, constructive feedback in 1:1 and small group settings.
Engaging Presence & Presentation: Captivates audiences naturally, whether facilitating a workshop, running a readiness session, or hosting an internal podcast segment.
Driver Mentality: Proactively leads initiatives, moves with purpose, and connects enablement activities directly to measurable revenue impact.
Innovation & Agility: Brings fresh ideas to interactive program design; adjusts quickly based on seller feedback and performance data.
Accountability: Owns outcomes, measures coaching effectiveness, and follows through on commitments.
Collaborative Excellence: Partners seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with trust, openness, and shared ownership of success.
Core Responsibilities
1. Facilitation & Training (50%)
High-Energy Group Facilitation: Design and lead engaging virtual workshops, live training sessions, role-plays, product launch readiness, and multi-team enablement events.
Interactive Learning Design: Build sessions that prioritize active participation, hands-on practice, dynamic Q&A, and real-time application over passive listening.
Podcast Hosting: Serve as a host for internal enablement broadcasts and podcasts, spotlighting win stories, seller best practices, and GTM updates.
2. Sales Coaching & Rep Development (40%)
1:1 & Small Group Coaching: Conduct structured coaching sessions with sales reps focused on pitch practice, discovery skills, value articulation, and methodology alignment.
Conversation Intelligence Reviews: Analyze recorded sales calls to identify skill gaps, provide timely feedback, and help sellers improve deal execution.
Role-Play & Readiness Certification: Lead scenario-based role-plays and readiness checks to ensure sellers are fully prepared for critical customer conversations.
Manager & Leader Alignment: Partner closely with Sales Managers to align enablement coaching with frontline management priorities.
3. Strategic Content Development (10%)
Targeted Content Creation: Develop high-value enablement materials—such as playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, competitive battlecards, and customer narratives—beyond standard facilitation assets.
Platform Management: Curate and organize the Revenue Enablement content ecosystem to ensure resources are organized, accurate, and easy to navigate.
4. Operations & Continuous Improvement
Impact Measurement: Utilize performance data and stakeholder feedback to measure program effectiveness, track skill adoption, and optimize future initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to translate complex technical capabilities (AI, automation, analytics workflows) into clear, seller-ready messaging.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or learning program development in a fast-paced technology environment.
Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills: Masterful at energizing diverse audiences, leading virtual training programs, and driving interactive discussions.
Strong Coaching Track Record: Hands-on experience coaching sellers through deal execution, call reviews, and interactive 1:1 or small group role-play scenarios.
Targeted Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to produce clear, polished GTM collateral beyond what is used during live training sessions.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms, video/media tools, and learning management systems.
Culture Fit: A collaborative, growth-minded team player who balances high accountability with empathy, resilience, and a sense of humor.
