This is an external opportunity to lead and further develop our sales, market & customers, including managing the doer seller to achieve the required sales target and growth of business in South East Asia, APAC. He/She plays a key role in shaping how we promote NDMS services, building team capability and skills, collaboration with delivering units and working with customers to strengthen management system performance, safety culture, and organizational resilience.

 

This role is well suited for people who are ready to step into or grow in a sales role, combine technical expertise, and contribute to the continued development of our NDMS business offering.

 

This position is based in Singapore, and requires frequent travel around the area to perform the responsibilities of the role.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and explore new customers and service with support from a group of advisory professionals to drive the sales order intake and growth, especially for Marine Assurance Service

  • Coordinate and support the project delivery and work with peers and teams to support client relationships and portfolio growth

  • Optimize the customer experience measured in the CRSI score and customer feedback score

  • Contribute to resource planning, team coordination, and knowledge sharing

  • Develop a market area/customer segment strategy for the relevant geographic place and focus on business development including cross-and up-selling activities across BAs. BUs and services.

  • Bachelor’s degree and above

  • Strong technical background and at least 10 years’ sales experience as senior leader in energy system service included but not limited to oil &gas, renewable, market and risk, power grid and storage and NDMS service.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability through formal people management or informal leadership (e.g. mentoring, coaching, or project leadership) 

  • Comfortable working with customers and internal stakeholders across different levels 

  • Able to balance challenges with collaboration, coaching, and shared decision‑making 

  • Committed to developing customer, strengthening team capability, and shaping how we work together
