We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesExtensive product management experience, typically 10+ years, within financial services, fintech, or risk management software environments, with proven ability to lead multiple product squads, manage cross-team dependencies, and balance strategy with executionDemonstrated people leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing and developing product managersDeep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI productsStrong command of agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices driven by retrospectives and key performance indicatorsExcellent market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client research capabilities to inform product direction, coupled with a data-driven and user-centric approach to product discovery and decision-makingStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional partnersKnowledge of credit risk concepts and lending processes, combined with intellectual curiosity, AI proficiency, and commitment to responsible and ethical AI useDeep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.
