Why This Role Matters
As a Quality Engineer Associate, you will coordinate and organize quality and technical processes within assigned manufacturing areas to ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain customer, local, and corporate quality standards.
Monitor specifications, standards, and material integrity to ensure reliable processes.
Support the implementation of best practices to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Build strong customer relationships by contributing to high levels of satisfaction and quality performance.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Access is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
Experience in quality or process control (1–2 years) is an advantage.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
