Analyst / Senior Analyst - Insurance Operations
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.
This position will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations while supporting the Fiduciary Operations team in delivering quality service across the region.
Analyst / Senior Analyst - Insurance Operations
We will count on you to:
Process complex insurance billing transactions, including invoice issuance and accruals, accurately and within agreed service levels.
Prepare and process complex insurance documentation, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
Manage and prioritize your workload to achieve individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.
Adhere to company policies, quality practices and operational procedures.
Maintain a basic understanding of insurance products and relevant legislation.
Work with Senior Operations Services Executives and Team Leaders to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Perform ad hoc Team Leader duties to support the Operations team when required.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting business operations across Malaysia, Singapore or Hong Kong, depending on business requirements.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
Experience in insurance billing or insurance operations (At least 2 years for Analyst, 3 - 5 years for Senior Analyst)
Experience issuing invoices and processing insurance billing activities.
Insurance industry experience, preferably within General Insurance (Non-Life).
Good understanding of insurance documentation and billing processes.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
