Team Lead - Manufacturing Production, Processing & Assembly

Strong Process knowledge of Genset Assembly and Testing

Well versed on working on MES/ ERP & PLM systems

Should have experience in creating Workflows, Routings, mBOM in systems

Excellent documentation skills in preparing process documents, FMEA and Control Plans

Should be able to diagnose Faults during Engine Testing

Should have led and handled independently big Greenfield projects

Knowledge of Engine process is must

Experience of setting up Genset Testing facility is must

Should have led Cost reduction drives and should demonstrate such cost savings

Should have experience in setting of cycle times, Line Balancing, PPAP approvals
