This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to quality outcomes.You may also be involved in additional projects as directed by the Plant Supervisor.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out finishing processes on drilling tools and componentsAssist with repairs of pressure control equipmentSupport general workshop activities as requiredParticipate in special projects when requestedMaintain a safe and clean working environmentQualificationsAbout YouCurrent and valid driver’s licenceCurrent forklift licencePrevious experience (2+ years) in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirableExposure to toolmaking is advantageousPhysically fit and able to perform manual tasksBe part of a team supporting the production and maintenance of Redback Drilling Tools.
