Our Exciting opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven People analyst to support our people function team with a strong foundation to base decision-making processes. In this role, you will be focusing on providing analytics solutions and automation to help make data-driven decisions based on the employee-related data and provide help to stakeholders for optimizing People management decision.You WillAutomate the process through Advance Excel, Access, VBA Macros, Python and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)Develop, test, document, and implement high quality reports on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documentsAnalyze and solve increasingly complex problemsInteract with peers within Ericsson People function teamPerform daily work/tasks with minimal instructions and a moderate level of instructions on new assignmentsConsistently need to seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactionsConstantly lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholdersDesign, modify, create and implement reporting solutionsTo be successful in the role you must haveBachelor’s degree in science or math’s or Economics or Statistics or related quantitative fieldOverall exp should have between 5 to 8 years in Reporting Automation fieldHands-on exp in connecting multiple MS Office and other applications like PDF, Access etc. through VBA codes etc.Experience in automation using complex VBA (Mandatory)/ MS Access / SQL Queries / PythonMust have experience on Power Apps and Power Automate (Mandatory)Experience in AI tools and agent creation will be an added advantageStrong data gathering and reporting skillsStrong and demonstrated analytical, data interpretation skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently at times and closely with senior stake holdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
