The US Consumer Cards (USCC) – Digital Sales & Marketing Team is a specialized function dedicated to understanding, measuring, and improving the servicing and marketing experience across all digital platforms. We are a dynamic and data-driven team focused on accelerating digital growth, enhancing customer engagement, and driving operational efficiency. By leveraging cutting-edge analytics and Gen-AI, we identify and act on opportunities to increase digital marketing engagement and revenue. Role Description: The Specialized Analytics Sr Anlst will identify opportunities to leverage specialized knowledge in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to improve business outcomes, automate processes, and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
