Overview
C2 ALASKA, LLCDayton, OH The Course Instructor EN will support Engineering and Technical Management (EN) in development, execution, and analysis of course instruction.
Responsibilities
Instruct students across multiple approved educational platforms and settings (i.e. in-resident or virtual course offerings) which may include the Continental United States travel and Outside Continental United States travel.Develop course material and administer tests and input material into approved platforms.Participate in consultation efforts and attend or participate in workshops, conferences, technical interchanges or similar venues as approved by the Government on a case-by-case basis.Provide management oversight of course delivery and recommend improvements to instructional materials.Support course offerings at WPAFB and other bases where AFRL personnel are located.Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Minimum ten (10) years’ directly related experience Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the DoD.Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an instructor. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience teaching in a classroom environment and can incorporate teaching duties into job description.Knowledge, skills, and experience in systems engineering, program management, tech transition, and/or digital material managementExperience as an instructor at Air Force Institute of Technology related to S&T and Lab 202 Preferred Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)The employee will be expected to Travel for this role about 4-6 times per year.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee may use repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
