Our team is comprised of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who are dependable and flexible. You can count on them to follow through.Many of us are active on hospital committees. Our involvement helps solidify our relationships with specialists and our very supportive C-suite.Enhancing the patient experience, our clinical performance nurse plays a pivotal role in assisting you throughout the care process.Qualifications:Board-certified internal medicine or family medicine physicianAcademic experience requiredDemonstrated excellence in inpatient teaching and clinical supervision, including bedside instruction and resident guidance, with prior academic or structured teaching experience highly valued.Proven ability to lead high-quality, efficient hospital care by driving early disposition planning, exercising sound clinical judgment around inpatient vs. outpatient needs, and partnering effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize throughput.Skilled in coordinating complex care plans and integrating consultant input while maintaining ownership of the overall care plan; experience managing patients with substance use disorders and collaborating with social work and community resources is a strong plus.Authorized to work in the United StatesScheduling:If full-time, your schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off.The hours are 7 am to 7 pm.Key Responsibilities:The hospital has a closed ICU with Sound Physicians’ intensivists24/7.All procedures are performed by the intensivist team and interventional radiology.We perform rounds, admissions, and discharges as well as multidisciplinary rounds, table rounds, and teach Einstein Montgomery...
