In this role, you'll build and maintain high-quality web applications that deliver engaging experiences to millions of users worldwide.You'll work closely with product designers, product managers, and other engineers to create intuitive, scalable, and performant web solutions while contributing to the continuous improvement of our development practices.The role can be based in one of the following locations: Oslo (Norway), Wroclaw (Poland) or United Kingdom (remote).You will report to the Website Development Manager based in the UK.About the team and opportunityThe online and projects team connect engineering and customer experience. We currently work as a distributed team of two in the UK and one in Oslo, day to day we’re collaborating with colleagues in the UK, Norway, Spain and Poland.  Our work is a mix of roadmap items, ad hoc support, self-initiated improvements and general maintenance required to keep our websites and in-product marketing working well, both for website users and for colleagues creating content.We are disciplined and self motivated allowing us to manage our responsibilities with autonomy. How you’ll make an impact:Plan, develop and maintain features and functionality across our websitesBuild and maintain reusable components Integrate with our platform and third-party APIsDevelop and improve internal toolingSupport the content team with day-to-day tasksCollaborate with PMMs, the website manager and commercial teams to implement and support A/B testingWork with the payments and commercial team on relevant integrations and featuresParticipate in code review, contribute to shared coding standards and best practices RequirementsWhat we’re looking for:Required skills and experiencesProven experience building modern websites with strong frontend fundamentals; markup, css, javascript, apis and component based development. Familiarity with headless CMS architectures ideally with experience of PHP and WordPress.Hands-on experience with third party API integration. Security conscious with an awareness of best practices across the stack.Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG requirements. Exceptional communication and organisational skills.BenefitsA competitive compensation packageShare option programBuddy programSocial and company events (virtual and in person)A diverse, friendly and international environmentSubsidized sport activitiesLocal benefits applyHow to applyPlease send us your application and include your portfolio (in a link or a pdf format).Interviews will start after 17th of August due to the summer break.
