The position requires commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.Education and ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or equivalency.One-year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer/keyboarding skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, internet, basic financial management. Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Manage phone calls, files, correspondence, reports, and databases.Process requisitions, order supplies, and reconcile purchase card balances monthly.Coordinate travel requests, registrations, and arrangements for meetings, conferences, and site visits.Maintain and update the divisional website and homepage.Follow agency procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.Assist with Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), Career Tech Student Organization (CTSO) events and conferences.Salary and Benefits$34,576.30 - $38,273.32The state provides a benefit allowance to help you pay for insurance premiums which include health, dental, life, and disability insurance.The amount of your allowance, $9,051.60 - $21,942.72, is determined based upon the dependents you choose to include in health coverage.State paid teacher’s retirement pension and flexible benefits planVacation leave and 15 days sick leave and 11 paid holidaysEmployee assistance program and flex-time work schedule optionsTotal salary and benefits package valued at $47,904.61 - $64,771.02.Management ResponsibilityNo management responsibilities.Communication SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
