You will work at the intersection of data, technology, and regulation, helping translate global regulatory requirements into practical, scalable processes that enable compliant data flows.This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to global stakeholders, offering the opportunity to contribute to delivery outcomes, process improvements, and ongoing transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Execution & DeliverySupport the delivery of transfer clearance activities across privacy, bank secrecy, data localization, outsourcing, and related regulatory domainsContribute to meeting service level expectations (e.g., 15-business-day model), supporting intake through review and approval processesHelp manage workflow, throughput, and backlog to support timely and consistent deliveryPartner across Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to gather inputs and progress assessmentsContribute to building a disciplined and execution-focused team environmentSupport tracking and reporting of key metrics (e.g., SLA adherence, cycle times, volumes)2. Process Improvement & ScaleAssist in initiatives to streamline processes, standardize workflows, and improve efficiencyIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency in executionContribute to building scalable and repeatable processes3. Regulatory & Compliance ExecutionSupport the application of global data transfer frameworks, including privacy, localization, bank secrecy, and outsourcing requirementsHelp translate regulatory requirements into operational steps, controls, and workflowsContribute to ensuring processes are consistently executed and audit-readyApply sound judgment to escalate issues and support risk-based decision making4. Technology, Automation & AI EnablementSupport the adoption of automation and AI-assisted screening tools within the workflowPartner with Technology teams to improve tooling and workflow efficiencyContribute to embedding regulatory requirements into systems and operational processes5. Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with global stakeholders to support alignment and progress on transfer clearance activitiesCommunicate clearly on status, requirements, and next stepsBuild effective working relationships across functionsQualifications & Experience6+ years of experience in regulatory, compliance, data governance, legal, or operational roles within financial services or large global organizationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredExecution & DeliveryExperience supporting delivery of complex processes in a structured, deadline-driven environmentAbility to manage competing priorities and contribute to timely executionRegulatory & ComplianceFamiliarity with regulatory or data governance frameworks (e.g., privacy, cross-border data, outsourcing)Experience translating policy or requirements into operational processes is a plusTechnology & InnovationExperience working with data, systems, or workflow tools; exposure to automation or AI-enabled processes is beneficialAbility to partner effectively with technology teamsStakeholder SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment This site uses only...
