We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills and CompetenciesExperience in software engineering or integration development focused on enterprise integration development , with extensive hands-on experience with any enterprise integration platform, including API design, development, and deployment across multiple environmentsProficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Groovy, along with strong object-oriented programming concepts and data transformation skills alongside experience in developing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful and SOAP-based web services and APIsSolid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API-led connectivity principlesExperience integrating enterprise platforms using connectors, APIs, and event-driven patterns in complex enterprise environmentsExperience with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including cloud-native integration capabilitiesFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent build and deployment automation tools.Ability to optimize integration flows and APIs for scalability, performance, reliability, and security across enterprise-grade environments.Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiencyProven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
