Atlantic Health, one of the foremost healthcare organizations in New Jersey, is actively seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide invaluable support to Atlantic Health Breast Surgery/Breast Oncology affiliated with Atlantic Health CentraState Medical Center. The Physician Assistant should be collaborative and versed in all aspects of surgery. Primary responsibilities will encompass patient communication and conducting outpatient consultations. The ideal candidate will bring a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and previous OR experience. The schedule for this position is full-time days with possible on-call in the future.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Breast and Oncology experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of surgical experience is preferred
- OR experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
