The client delivers high-scale mobile experiences to a global user community and continuously invests in improving application quality, performance, reliability, and user experience across devices and markets.This role will support testing activities focused on validating mobile application behavior, identifying issues affecting user experience, and ensuring stable performance across multiple environments and device configurations. Candidates will collaborate with globally distributed teams and contribute to maintaining a seamless experience for users interacting with highly dynamic mobile products.Job DescriptionExecute manual testing activities for mobile applications across multiple device types and supported environmentsValidate mobile application functionality, usability, responsiveness, and performance during testing cyclesIdentify, reproduce, document, and report defects with clear details and actionable findingsPerform functional and exploratory testing to uncover issues affecting application quality and user experienceExecute structured test cases and provide timely updates on testing progress and observed behaviorsVerify application performance under different scenarios and report inconsistencies or degradation in user experienceMaintain accurate testing documentation and communicate findings effectively to local and global stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing priorities and project delivery timelinesSupport ad hoc testing requests based on release schedules and operational needsQualificationsMust be currently based in Masovia (Mazowieckie), PolandProven experience in Manual QA, mobile application testing, or software testingExperience performing functional testing; exposure to mobile performance testing is highly preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to identify, reproduce, and document issues accuratelyComfortable working with structured testing processes and providing timely reporting on findings and progressIT background preferredNative or fluent Polish language skills requiredAbility to communicate in English within an international team environmentComfortable working independently while maintaining high quality standardsAdditional InformationMust be willing to report to the client’s local office in Masovia, Poland, where testing devices and required equipment will be provided. Transportation expenses for onsite sessions will be covered.Work volume may vary week by week and is not guaranteed.
