Job Description:

As a Production Manager, you will have a direct impact on one of the key areas of our manufacturing plant, taking responsibility for its performance, continuous development, and achievement of production objectives.

This role is ideal for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with operational excellence - managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely execution of production plans. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our customers while inspiring others and contributing to the advancement of a modern manufacturing environment.

How you'll make an impact

  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Oversee product quality in line with technical documentation and applicable standards.

  • Drive initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.

  • Ensure timely execution of production plans and availability of required resources.

  • Optimize production capacity utilization and minimize downtime.

  • Analyze and continuously improve production processes.

  • Lead, develop, and empower production teams.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report production performance results.

Your background

  • University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

  • Strong sense of accountability for team results and a proven goal-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in production process optimization and practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.

  • Experience in managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.

  • Good command of English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP is considered an advantage.
