As a Production Manager, you will have a direct impact on one of the key areas of our manufacturing plant, taking responsibility for its performance, continuous development, and achievement of production objectives.
This role is ideal for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with operational excellence - managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely execution of production plans. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our customers while inspiring others and contributing to the advancement of a modern manufacturing environment.
How you'll make an impact
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee product quality in line with technical documentation and applicable standards.
Drive initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Ensure timely execution of production plans and availability of required resources.
Optimize production capacity utilization and minimize downtime.
Analyze and continuously improve production processes.
Lead, develop, and empower production teams.
Monitor, analyze, and report production performance results.
Your background
University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Strong sense of accountability for team results and a proven goal-oriented mindset.
Experience in production process optimization and practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
Experience in managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Good command of English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP is considered an advantage.
