It is a multiyear initiative to make the platform compliant to most valuable environment, hardware refresh and remove redundant functionalities. You will be required to lead the overall engineering & development of this initiative. You will be an Engineering Lead and required to coordinate & support requirement Discovery, initiative & delivery planning, roadmap and stakeholder management.To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:Ability to drive large programs and have coding experience with Java, Springboot, React, Restful APIs.Solution Design with strong knowledge on patterns.Leading Engineering Team and driving latest industry standards and best practices.Exposure to new age tech-stack and DevOps.You should be expected to have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.Also required exposure of migrating legacy platforms to modern stack.CI/CD, Jenkins and Performance Tuning and problem solvingSome Other Highly Valued Skills May IncludeAdvise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work your team does.Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organization functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business.Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies.Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives.
