As a Production Worker-Final Assembly here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in assembling high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the final stages of product manufacturing, ensuring that each item is completed accurately and efficiently.

You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and production efficiency by performing assembly tasks, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a safe work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform final assembly operations on products according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and report any defects or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is essential to effectively perform production tasks.
  • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards with precision.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment used in final product assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure product quality.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety standards and working collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Previous experience in final assembly or production work within a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work efficiently under supervision and meet production deadlines.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
