Save Report this job Principal Objective of Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, sorting, annotating, and managing construction-related documents. This role plays a key part in ensuring that documentation is clear, accessible, and accurately maintained for project teams.Key Functions of This Role: Organize and maintain large volumes of project documentation, including drawings, plans, and reportsAnnotate construction drawingsEnsure version control and document traceability across all stages of the projectCollaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure documentation needs are metReview incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formattingMaintain filing systems in accordance with company standardsEnsure compliance with documentation standards and protocolsEducation and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Architecture.Fresh to 4 years of relevant professional experience required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Familiarity with Figma.Experience with documentation control platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.Culture:We're very proud of our people and the close-knit family culture we've built across London, Sarajevo and Islamabad offices.
