- Responsibility for smooth operations and optimal operational processes
- Access control, security patrols, monitoring of security-related systems
- Organizing shifts
- Conducting shift duties (check-in, check-out, night audit, billing, room assignments, complaint handling, training new employees, etc.)
- Preparing the daily closing, maintaining statistics, and reporting
- Supporting the team in all matters
What you should bring:
- Completed vocational training or degree in the hospitality industry
- One to two years of professional experience in this position, at a similar level, and in a company of comparable size
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and positive demeanor
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to identify and set priorities correctly
- Structured, determined, and goal-oriented work style
- Organizational and teamwork skills, as well as self-motivation
- Reliability
Good command of German and English, as well as proficiency in commonly used computer programs
