This is a hands on role for someone who loves creating exceptional content, building brands, and turning complex technology into compelling stories that inspire customers, partners, investors, and future employees. You will help shape the WingXpand brand across every touchpoint, creating content that drives awareness, generates demand, and showcases the innovation happening inside the company. From product launches and videos to social media, trade shows, recruiting campaigns, customer success stories, and digital marketing, your work will directly influence how the world sees WingXpand. If you love wearing multiple hats, learning new skills, and building something that has real world impact, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Create compelling content across digital, print, video, presentations, and social mediaWrite product launches, customer stories, blog articles, email campaigns, and recruiting contentManage WingXpand's social media channels and content calendarDevelop marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leadsSupport trade shows, customer demonstrations, product launches, and company eventsCapture and edit photography and video showcasing products, customers, and company cultureMaintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communicationsCollaborate closely with engineering, sales, leadership, and customers to develop authentic technical contentTrack campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectivenessIdentify new ways to grow the WingXpand brand and increase market visibility Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field2 to 6+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, or brand marketingExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsExperience managing social media and digital marketing campaignsExperience creating content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf motivated with excellent communication skillsand a bias for action Additional qualifications:Experience with photography, videography, and video editingExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, or similar marketing platformsExperience in aerospace, robotics, defense, technology, or startup environmentsKnowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, paid advertising, and digital marketing best practicesExperience supporting trade shows and live eventsExperience working with technical teams to communicate complex productsGraphic design experienceWhat Else You Need to KnowTo conform to U.S. Government aerospace technology export regulations, applicant must be a 'U.S. Person' (U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder).If you are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for innovation and technology, we want to hear...
