This transformation encompasses major shifts, including the establishment of a truly Regional Delivery Operations organization. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior Regional Education Services Delivery Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the WW Education Services Delivery Operations Manager. This role is instrumental in the execution of our strategic vision.This position entails leading a regionally dispersed and highly motivated team to deliver top-notch training services to our diverse customer base.Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include supervising regional and solution-specific delivery personnel, managing a network of education delivery partners, and fostering engagement with executive stakeholders. The primary objective is to drive customer success by delivering high-quality services that are both industry-leading and cost-efficient.Responsibilities include but are not limited to strategic transformation and execution of our Delivery function on a regional scale; implementation, regional standardization, and governance of delivery processes and resources; and working closely with our Portfolio team to ensure delivery readiness.  This role includes but is not limited to the following key activities:Integrate, lead, manage, design and continuously develop a best-in-class Regional Delivery organization aligned with HPE Educations’ strategic shift and transformation plans.Act as single point of accountability for the delivery of high quality, efficiently centralized & resourced, instructor-led training experiences regionallyEnsure quality of training service delivery and supporting delivery processesEnsure a regionally consistent customer training experienceLead the selection and operational management of external delivery vendorsLead centralized delivery operations & resource management teams regionallyEnsure close collaboration with Portfolio to continuously improve training content, delivery methods and readiness through customer / instructor feedbackManage delivery costs within defined budget constraintsDrive customer consumption of Education Learning Credits through efficient and close collaboration with the Education Services Geo LeadsManage training registration and delivery process designCollaborate closely with different internal and external stakeholders (Portfolio, Geo, Pursuit)   Education and Experienced Required:Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a delivery organization in services industry.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and instilling values within an organization.History of developing and implementing new ideas and approaches in delivery to ensure cost effectiveness and quality.Analytical ability to measure effectiveness by defining operational measures for the organization, creating systems for tracking measures...
