To support our growing customer base and expand our product’s connectivity with other platforms, we’re looking for a Team Lead Integrations: connectors (financials) to guide our integrations engineers in this domain.💼 About the roleAt Qargo, integrations are a key pillar of how we deliver value to our customers. In this role, you will lead a team focused on building and maintaining connectors within the financial ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication between Qargo and external systems such as accounting, factoring, and e-invoicing platforms.You will combine technical leadership with hands-on collaboration, guiding your team in designing scalable and reliable integrations while supporting cross-functional teams and external partners. Your work will directly impact how efficiently customers can onboard, operate, and scale using Qargo.This role offers a strong mix of leadership, technical ownership, and stakeholder management, with the opportunity to shape both the team and the future of our integrations domain.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of engineers working on integrations between Qargo and external systems such in the financial domain (accounting, factoring, e-invoicing).Guide the team both technically and functionally: supporting solution design, reviewing code, and ensuring scalability and maintainability of the connectors you build.Collaborate closely with our Customer Success teams to guarantee smooth implementation and follow-up.
